Late Returns

If our items are sent out later than the designated hire period, we have the right to charge late fees of 15% of the whole hired order per late day. If you fail to pay your fees when requested, you will continued to be charged per day until you have paid for the calculated fees (late fee and paying late).

It is unlikely that your parcel can be lost when returning back to us, if it is taken to the post office you will not be required to pay a percentage of the hired item. However, you may be held liable if you return your parcel to a post box (you will be held liable if it was put into the wrong post box) instead of a post office.

If your end hire date falls on a public holiday you are excepted to return on the following day.

Legal action will be made if this policy is not followed.
