Late Returns

Late returns will incur a fee of 15% of the total hire price per day until the item is returned.

If late fees are not paid when requested, additional charges may continue to accrue daily until all outstanding amounts are settled.

Failure to return items or settle outstanding fees may result in further action, including recovery of the full replacement value of the garment.

All return parcels must be lodged at a registered post office. While loss in transit is unlikely when returned correctly, customers may be held liable for lost items if incorrect return methods are used, including placing parcels in a post box or returning to the wrong location.
