Damages and Issues

All of our items must be returned in their original condition. If there are any noticeable damages to our items, you will be charged a replacement fee which will depend on the original price of the garment. 

We advise you to be extremely cautious if using fake tanning products or perfume. In the event that fake tan stains a garment or perfume damages the fabric and prevents it from being rehired we reserve the right to charge a replacement value of the item(s) subject to our assessment of replaceable value

Please do not wear makeup or have fresh spray tan on during your try on appointment. If there are shown to be any stains after you have tried on our item, you will be charged a fee of $25. Any damages whilst trying on our items will be charged a fee according to the damage size.

We ensure that our garments are kept in the best condition possible, however the User must accept and acknowledge that our items have been pre-worn. There may be areas of fair wear and tear on the item(s), and you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note for this scale of damage. You have the right to request photos before shipping of the item(s) you are hiring.

If item(s) is damaged amongst arrival, you must provide images via email to dressmeupsydney@gmail.com within 4 hours of arrival. You may be responsible for the damage if we are not notified within this time period or sent photo evidence of the damage.
